Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be returned for a refund.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Initiating a Return: Email us at Progeargarageshop@gmail.com with a detailed reason for the return. Please include photos or videos of the product to support your request.
Return Authorization Number (RA#): Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with an RA# and the correct return shipping address. Do not send items back without an RA#.
Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail with tracking). Please ensure the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of the package. We are not liable for returns that are lost or cannot be traced.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if incurred by us, e.g., via a prepaid label which is generally not offered based on your policy) will be deducted from your refund. As per the policy, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
